Hey, guys!

So, as I have already said, I am back from my summer camp and I have MANY things to tell you!

Firstly, I forgot to mention that I read Frankenstein by Mary Shelley in my books-I-read-during-my-high-school-years-list. Yup.

Secondly, I will be making my book review for Fahrenheit 451 very soon!

Thirdly, I found out on Friday that my summer assignment for AP Literature is to read The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway, write 10 dialectical journals (this is easy to do), and to write an essay answering one of three given prompts. Not too bad!

Fourthly, I am currently at my dad's house and have been since yesterday. This is why I have not made another vlog. But I will be returning home tonight and will be home until this Saturday (I am leaving for vacation on Saturday)! I will be seeing Tyler someday this week (he will be coming to my house), and we WILL be creating a vlog (maybe even more than 1!) together. :) So, be looking for that!

BOOK REVIEW: THE DARKEST MINDS BY ALEXANDRA BRACKEN

I found a review on Goodreads that perfectly puts into words how I feel about this book. (Author: Mitch) (cuss words have been removed; points that I personally REALLY agreed with are in bold) On the surface, The Darkest Minds has a lot more going for it than your typical dystopian. It's incredibly dark and disturbing, but more than that, there's a certain realism to Alexandra Bracken's writing that makes the plot believable in a way few other books in the genre are. Review: Sylo by D.J. MacHale

So, Sylo by D.J. MacHale. This is the non-spoiler part. I will tell you when the spoiler part starts. The second book in the trilogy is set for release towards the end of March, so look for it! Awesome looking cover. Yup. The beginning was strange and frankly, it scared me a little because I was reading this late at night before going to sleep. The ending, like in the last 50 pages was like: Okay, that might be a bit of an overstatement. It wasn't a feelsplosion, it was just crazy plot twists. Yeah. Leave it to D.J. MacHale to make everything complicated. *cough cough Pendragon cough* My rating: Hmm... 8 /10 It was a good book. I was definitely pulled in and it keeps you guessing. ....................
